I wanted to provide my services to middle class people who made too much to qualify for free legal services but who couldn't afford the outrageous prices that many other private attorneys charge. 

Based on prices I've seen from other lawyers, I am usually several hundred dollars cheaper for the same work. 

The reason for this is my overhead is much lower than the other guys because I have no employees. 

When you hire me for your case, you can rest assured that I will personally work on your case from start to finish.

When you go to another attorney, you never know if the attorney or the legal assistant is working on your case. 

Why pay $2,000 to another attorney to have his legal assistant work on your case when you can hire me to do it for $1,300?  

I built my practice helping immigrants get their permanent residence without taking their life savings.  I don't charge the high consultation fees that many other attorneys charge.  In fact, I talk on the phone to people every day for free who just have a question or two that they can't get any other attorney to answer.

I will give advice on the phone for free and I will quote you a price on the phone as well.  My prices are also listed on my website.

I charge a flat fee for most cases and I never charge clients extra for phone calls or copies, etc.
